Fix: Resolve 16KB page size issue by migrating to Flutter v3.35.2

This migration addresses the compatibility issue with 16KB page size devices that was reported in #2441.

Changes:

Updated Flutter version to v3.35.2
Verified example runs successfully on 16KB page size configurations
